Dr. Tugs is a specialized expert who studies production technology level assessment in connection with economic efficiency in mining and industry. She has served as an advisor to national-scale strategic projects including Tavantolgoi, the Erdenet industrial technology park, Altanshiree and Achit-Ikht. She developed her own copyrighted methodology for assessing production technology levels (2018, No. 10464), which provides the scientific foundation of the center's business consulting services. Author of 3 monographs, 1 patent, 14 copyrights and more than 60 papers and presentations at international conferences and journals, with 26 years in research institutions.
