Dr. Chuluunkhuyag is a leading consultant specializing in Mongolia's water resources policy and water safety. A former department head at the Ministry of Environment and Scientific Secretary of the Academy of Sciences, he developed national-level strategic documents — including Mongolia's Water Safety Plan — in cooperation with the World Health Organization (WHO) and contributed to the general scheme of water resources for the Selenge river basin. He undertook professional development in China and the UK (Cranfield University, Surrey), holds 12 copyrights and patents, participated in international projects with universities in Germany, Japan and the USA, and has supervised 3 doctoral and 20+ master's students.
